Bush signing-statement on permanent Iraq basing rights

BushCo snuck in another one of their signing statements declaring provisions of four different defense bills an infringement of executive privilege. [link]
The signing statement indicates that Bush is actively seeking ways to keep America ensnared in Iraq well past his Presidency.
