My man Dave DePew has an intriguing post up about how soy products, far from being the world-saving, nation-feeding panacea they’re often portrayed as by agribusiness interests and damn dirty hippies (I’m kidding) are actually not terribly good for you, with a lot of carcinogenic properties and other odd correlations to health problems.
